The Deparmet of Human Resources of Laboratories Kapyderm has the mission to organize and to develop to the maximum the potential of the personnel of the company, permitting that each worker manage to show all his capacities managing to comply so much the business objectives as the personnels.
With this management intends themselves that all and each one of the components of the company they be it more competent possible in their work and thus to offer an optimum service to the customer.As technical department counts on a Medical Director, under his supervision, all the investigations of new products for the different pathologies with the ones that count are carried out, also he is the responsible for the scientific formation of the personnel, Symposium, Congresses, Conferences, president of the International Scientific Committee, in which he counts on himself biologists, chemical, dermotrichologist.This work of teaching is directed toward the professionals of the hairdressing, reaching the degree of Technicians of the company through the years of know-how and development.Laboratories Kapyderm has constituted the Association of Dermotricólogos, in which groups the professionals of the sector, inside a pathologies know-how system to be able to develop better if fits its profession, thus to be able to progress and to evolve in a so competitive world
